Founded in 1989, EFS Technology have been providing document production and management solutions for over 14 years. With our 1985 origins in the manufacture of protocol converters for IBM mainframes and midrange systems the management team at EFS Technology has a long history of supplying software solutions to corporates and OEMs.

AutoFORM LaserNet
AutoFORM is an EDMS (Electronic Document Management System). It has allowed our customers to produce, distribute and manage the documents of business, bridging the gap between the limitations of most application software and incoming and outgoing transactional documents.
The AutoFORM hardware unit released in 1989 was the first 'end-of-cable' electronic forms solution and the system has been supplied to over three thousand locations world-wide. AutoFORM LaserNet, the network version of AutoFORM, was launched in 1995 and has formed the back-end forms process to nearly every major application and computer system. Deployed in over 35 countries with live implementations across all industries and the Public Sector
Since 1994, EFS Technology has developed a range of complementary software products to AutoFORM, delivering a cost effective but comprehensive output data management solution. The AutoFORM product suite continues to evolve, helping industry unify and streamline every element of the business process.

EFS Technology provide customisation of its existing products and undertake bespoke development. Examples of such projects include the computerisation and colour digital printing of the worlds largest single ticketed event, the development of a personalisation process for information supplied with a leading smoking cessation product and the fully integrated web based expense claims system for Europe’s largest University.
